Sorry about the lack of German, but wanted to toss this out to as many people as possible!

I'm a huge warhammer fan, have god knows how many X0,000 points of painted armies (CSM, Daemons, Nids, Orks, CK) and have always wanted a cool-looking, plastic, modular terrain set that fit together like LEGO. I hated always having to "do my best" when setting up boards to mimic RTT layouts or GW GT layouts.

So, I decided to make my own. I've designed a system of modular, injection-molded terrain (molds are done and everything... and now I understand why GW minis cost what they do, oof,) and wanted to share it with this community. I'm not trying to make a million bucks, but more interested in sharing a cool product with other players and hoping to make playing a bit less of a hassle.

A full table set is 500 components, like 10lbs of plastic, and MORE than enough to build out competitive terrain setups. There are also terrain template packs printed on 0.5mm PET that matches the aesthetics and allows it to conform 1:1 with all GW terrain layouts.

The link send you to a landing page, where you can put in a $1 reservation for that gives you the right to buy either a full-table set for $100 off + a single ruin add-on, or a half-table set for $60 off. (making a full table $199 and a half table $99).

The $1 is just a nominal fee to give me an idea of purchase intent, so I can try and have enough sets produced at the end of the Kickstarter to meet demand and ship immediately.

I ran a succesful kickstarter with a first version of the product last year, and Goonhammer did a review on it (https://www.goonhammer.com/snot-goblin-gamings-modular-terrain-the-goonhammer-review/). I took all of their feedback, made it prettier, and am re-releasing it on February 20th! I'm working with Goonhammer on a couple articles about the process and a review for the new version.

Also, as a stretch goal, I want to make an imperial world that is infected/being invaded by Tyranids! I'm working on the designs now.. hopefully they'll be ready by the time I finish painting my invasion fleet... eventually...

Please, check it out, and let me know what you think! Thanks guys!

there are 2 thing you should consider - heights and measurement
GW buildings in the past had a height of 3" per floor. This changed with the buildings from kill team. Each floor measures now 5".
You should go for the 5" per floor - it looks better and in some cases it is needed.
Also plan for more space in the upper floors. Generally 1 line of floor tiles (like the old GW buildings) in the upper floor is not sufficient.
Solving these topics could you give an USP against all the other terrain companies (Archon Studio, ...)

This is an old thread, but the idea is still really cool.
A fully modular, LEGO-style terrain system for Warhammer sounds like exactly the kind of thing the community has always needed, especially for setting up consistent GT/RTT layouts without the usual hassle. The fact that you went as far as injection-molded components and standardized terrain templates is honestly impressive, even if the production complexity is clearly on another level.

I backed the KS with a pretty high amount of money (going all-in an two designs 😅) and really like what I got!

The modularity, the quality of the Prints and many other things, absolutely convinced me.

The only small point of criticism from my perspective is, that I would have preferred more parts for walls (straight. 1-2 length, with/out window, something like that) I always find myself stop building more or higher terrain pieces for my table through the Lack of wallparts, while having kilograms of pieces for floors left 😅
