Chaos Dreadclaw für Khorne Daemonkin

Da ich meine Chaos Dreadclaw bei meinen Khorne Daemonkin gerne einsetzen würde ohne mich mit Chaos Space Marines zu alliieren, habe ich diese Woche einmal eine Mail an Forgeworld geschrieben. Dabei wollte ich auch die Helbrute in Drop Pod-Frage endlich einmal geklärt haben.

Dear Forgeworld-team,

I have a few questions regarding the Chaos Dreadclaw Drop Pod rules in Imperial Armour 13, because I wanted to buy one for my Khorne Daemonkin.

First of all, can I use the Chaos Dreadclaw Drop Pod for my Khorne Daemonkin Chaos Space Marines and Hellbrutes as a Dedicated Transport? The rules in the Imperial Armour 13 say, that both units can use the Pod, but does this mean only the Chaos Space Marines and Hellbrutes from the Codex Chaos Space Marines can use it, or can the Chaos Space Marines and Hellbrutes from the Codex Daemonkin use it too?

Second question. If a unit embarks into a vehicle with the rule for Daemonic Possession it says, that one random model is "eaten" by the vehicle. Does this count if a unit of Chaos Space Marines starts the game in its Chaos Dreadclaw Drop Pod?
And what about a Helbrute or Contemptor that starts the game in a Chaos Dreadclaw Drop Pod? Is the whole Walker really "eaten" by the Pod, or does he only loose on hull point, because the Pod just "takes a bite"?

Thank you for your email. The answers to your questions are as follows -

1. They can be used for codex Daemonkin as well.

2. It does exactly what it says, it eats one random model inside it. So, if it was a squad you would roll ramdomly to see who was eaten and remove that model. If all that was inside it was a Hellbrute or Contemptor, then you would remove that model entirely as being eaten. It doesn't take small bite !

Ich weiß, dass das keine FaQ ersetzt für die meisten Spieler. Aber mir reicht das erst einmal als Antwort aus und sicher interessiert es auch einige der anderen Daemonkin-Spieler 🙂 .
