CULTS
Q: Will (rubric) Thousand Sons be allowed a heavy or special weapons?
No
Q: How much for the special weapons and champ-upgrades (e.g. powerfist) for Plague Marines
A: You should look at the DA Codex for a good example of what Special and CC Weapons will cost [Anmerkung greg: flamer 5, melter/SB/RW 10, PW 15, LK 20, E-Waffe 15, E-Faust 25)
Q: Did the Plague Marines lose true grit?
A: All CSMs aside from Thousand Sons and Berserkers come with a Bolter, BP and CCW standard. This means they can opt to use their BP and CCW in close combat and do not need True Grit. Zerks do not have bolters and 1k sons do not have CCW and BP.
Q: Does this mean that Noise Marines have BP+CCW as well as sonic blasters?
A: You would only replace the Bolter that noise marines come with standard with a Sonic Blaster, likewise a Blastmaster only replaces the Bolter, so yes, the Noise Marines still have a BP and CCW for hand to hand goodness.
Q: What weapon replaces the doom siren?
A: The champion has a bolter, BP and CCW. He can add a Doomsiren and it doesn't effect any of those choices. Of course he can only fire one in his turn.
Q: Are Noise Marines equipped with Sonic Blasters more or less expensive than they are now?
A: More
Q: From this rummours can I give an icon to a cult troop ?
A: Cult troops come with the mark of their patron. For nominal points you can add a personal icon to a member of the squad. The point cost is very low so I think most people will do this.
PSI
Q: Do Gift of Chaos and Wind of Chaos still exist?
A: Yes
HEAVY SUPPORT
Q: Can Obliterators be marked?
A: No
Q: I know you can't get into specifics, but you you, in your own personal opinion, call the land raider 'a lot' cheaper, or 'a little' cheaper?
A: "A lot" or "a little" is subjective. I would personally consider them moderately cheaper and even with D. Poss. they will be cheaper then they are currently.
HQ:
Q: New stats about steeds?
A: All Steeds grant +1A. In addition to this, the god specific steeds grant the following additional effects:
Slaanesh - Move as Cavalry
Tzeentch - Move as Jump Pack
Khorne - +1 STR, Can not be carried in transports
Nurgle - +1W, Can not be transported in Rhinos, counts as two models in Landraiders
Q: Will Chaos Sorcerors have some kind of anti-psyker equipment?
A: No
Q: Some News about special characters?
A: Fabius Bile - Not too bad. He has a decent amount of attacks. He has Feel No Pain now in addition to a 5+ Invulnerable.
Lucius - I think he decent for his points. He has a Doom Siren, removes attacks from enemies in BtB with him and does wounds whenever he makes a save in CC.
Ahriman - He is REALLY expensive. Aside from Abaddon he is the most expensive special character. He has all psychic powers though and can cast three per turn. His bolt pistol has inferno bolts not that you will use it all that much. His black staff is a force weapon.
Q: Are their stats right for Greater Daemons? Yikes, that's very good! Are the stats of the Greater Daemon better or worse than, say, a Keeper of Secrets?
A: It is conjecture by the german site from what I have seen. I don't think they have a codex, I think they just pulled rumors from here and posted them. The stats for all of the HQs are wrong in some ways. [Anmerkung greg: die “germa site” ist GW-Fanworld 😉 also gebt nicht so viel auf die unwichtigen Teile der Profilwerte bei den HQs 😉]
TROOPS
Q: Some deamon stats?
A: Daemons are 4s across the board (minus BS which is 0) with 2 base attacks and Ld 10.
(Anmerkung greg: KG 4 | BF 0 | S 4 | W 4 | LP 1 | I 4 | A 2 | MW 10 | RW 4+)
FLUFF
Q: Now, since GW wants vanilla as the hot new flavour, how is the fluff for the renegade marines? Is there much? Are there many new stories about recently turned traitors?
A: There is actually quite a bit of fluff about squads, companies and whole chapters that have gone renegade in the new book. It is pretty cool to see how rampant corruption runs amongst the space marines.[/b]
