Company B - Final Master Model Valkyre & M11 Combat Walker 02.10.2011

Company B co-founder Brent Dietrich and fellow Alt Sci enthusiast John Cunningham, have secured a license from Dream Pod 9 to produce their genre-making "Gear Krieg" alternate WW2 "Combat Walker" figures in 28mm scale. Gear Krieg is the original "hard science" Weird War setting that mixed fantastic technology with real human engineering to create a realistic, gritty Weird War 2 setting. The new product line will be called "Gears and Guts," and will include 28mm Gear Krieg combat walkers and vehicles as well as other unique WW2-themed fantastic weapons, miniatures and accessories drawing from Company B's unique and expansive line of 28mm compatible vehicle kits, accessories and miniatures. The initial product line will include:

The US M11 "General Early" combat walker

US weapons packs and accessories

The German Valkyrie combat walker
German weapons packs and accessories

Gears and Guts will also release 28mm Japanese, British and Italian combat walkers by Fall 2011, and have plans for on-going releases that include Japanese and Russian combat walkers, in addition to the US General Longstreet and German Loki and Donner combat walkers. Gears and Guts will also release additional accessories and detail kits and some unique Weird War 2 figures.

The models are resin and white metal . Each model has both the folded driving and extended walking legs included. In addition, the Early will also include a pair of extended arms as well as a set of folded arms, allowing plenty of extra bits for your projects as well as multiple posing opportunities with the model kits. Each kit will also include a unique set of decals specifc to that model.

Special thanks to Agis Neugebauer and John Bell, who both have a very expansive knowledge and love for the Gear Krieg universe and game. Agis will be our primary painter for the model line, and John has created alot of great illustrations and blueprints for the Gear Kreig Mechs. Not to mention the Alfie Tenners Comic!

The Gears and Guts figures will be available in Summer 2011.
