Use ABCreate, open the genestealer hybrid file, and look at the rules composition. I reckon I didn't give them too many skills, just the fact that they have an additional arm, which screws up the location chart. As far as stats go, just up the stats as high as they'll go for each one, and see if it goes to 20, then it's a 2d10, if it goes to 12, it's a 2d6, and if it goes to 6 then it's a d6. Roll away.
Honestly, I've stopped playing inquisitor, so I'm not going to enthusiastically hunt around old files for answers to such things.
I encourage you to simply write your own rules, whatever seems consistent and fair.
The hybrids should be pretty similar to Imperial Guard, but less disciplined so that they run away at first sign of trouble. They're probably not gonna be equipped with anything more than pistols and autoguns. They'll hate fire, so don't give them flamers. There should be some way that they fawn over their darling purestrain genestealer, as it is the centre of the cadre. There should be some latent psychic attachment to their Magus, and the magus himself should have some telepathic powers.
That's all I can give you.[/b]
