Kommandoz often make use of 'Chinork' Warkoptas to launch the Orky equivalent of an Imperial stealth raid. In these raids, dozens of Orks cling to the sides of these huge war machines before leaping onto the heads of their hapless enemy and directly into battle.
This highly anticipated conversion set is available to pre-order now for release in the week commencing July 26th.

Commander Vesu'r R'alai is one of the Tau Empire's most experienced Battlesuit pilots, a grim and driven warrior who is famed for his fearlessness, controversial tactics and utter dedication to the defence of Tau. Imperial Armour writer Alan Bligh has recently put the finishing touches to a unique set of eagerly-awaited special rules for this aggressive, talented Tau Commander. The rules for our other XV-9, XV9-01 and XV9-04 Close Support Armour variant Battlesuits are available in Imperial Armour Apocalypse II.

As you may have heard from our Studio design team at the Forge World Open Day back in March, or read in the Games Day UK Preview, our designers, graphic illustrators and writer Alan Bligh have spent much of the past few months feverishly working on an incredibly exciting Imperial Armour project that is, as yet, still Top Secret.

Bin mal auf die Pre-Heresy Marines gespannt (das soll es doch wohl darstellen oder?)

sieht zumindest stark nach der Ruestung mit diesen Beuleunaufsaetzen aus. Irgendwie hat Forge World aber imho etwas nachgelassen. so wirklich was überragendes war in den letzten Monaten bei denen nicht dabei. und es gibt schon Sachen, die die mal machen koennten - die fehlenden Razorbacktuerme zB...
 
Die Kommandos sind groß! Damit ist meine nächste Erweiterung klar, ein 10er Mob Kommandos im Chinork. 😎

Und der vielleicht alte Marine, nette Idee, obschon sich die Frage stellt, ob dann das "geheime Imperial Armour" auf ein Warhammer 30.000 Verschnitt hindeuten könnte?! Das wäre jedenfalls ebenfalls ein großer Wurf, denke ich.
 
Schöne Modelle, aber ich glaub die werden aus 2 Gründen nie den Weg auf meinen Basteltisch finden.

1. ich müßte denen noch Helme/Mützen sculpten, damit sie zum Rest der Armee passen (und ich bin grottenschlecht mit GS)
2. Ich finde Kommandos nicht so prall. Zusammen mit Snikkrot muß der Vergleich mit Wolfscouts erlaubt sein und verlieren sie eben gnadenlos. Nicht flexibel genug und weitaus schlechtes P/L. Und nur fürs Regal sind mir 15Pfund für 6 Jungs einfach zuviel.
