My sources are almost lock step with the schedule youve posted. Beyond that they say major releases for the coming year are (obviously with other smaller releases in between with the new pacing):

Oct-nov - dark eldar
Nov-dec - hobbit (which ive heard will end additional development by May 2015, and support/releases for it will last 1 year past that), new scenery for 40k, including a crashed/destroyed land raider set piece, and the long awaited xenos scenery rumored to include a bunker each for eldar, orks, and tau. Each about the size of the small wall of martyrs bunker)
Dec-jan - Space Wolves, a Battle of Garm apoc supplement
Jan-Feb wfb beastmen
Feb-mar 40k necrons, wfb scenery "bridge"
Mar-beyond in no particular order - skaven, grey knights, high elves, sororitas!?, inquisition, empire

Into the fall we will see the back to back pairing of Blood Angels and Dark Eldar, with a limited edition boxed set featuring both sandwiched in between.
This is to be a repeat of the same pattern GW has now tested out with Orks-SanctusReach-Stormclaw-SpaceWolves.
This large multi month pattern will take us into the holidays.
These rumors are rated Average - Low coming from both known and unknown sources

Sororitas were written by phil kelly already in 2013.

Problems with the molds prevent the publication.

Necrons and Dark Eldar are getting for their codex publications only few new Models.

Both systems have only three regular rule writer. The writers for 40k are Robin Cruddace & Simon Grant. Fantasy has Phil Kelly & Jeremy Vetock. Jervis Johnson is in both games the senior writer.

An Ulthwé Strikeforce supplement for Codex Eldar is on the horizon with new plastic Warlocks. GW realizes that Eldar players can and do field many Warlocks as part of the HQ Council, so they are giving this the dedicated plastic multi-part infantry kit treatment rather than offering only one or two single plastic character clam-pack models (which would put a limit on posing options, etc.)

As you know the current Warlock models are very dated, a few of them being Jes Goodwin's "evergreen" sculpts which have stood the test of time since the early 90's. Jes has wanted these classic models to be redone for a long time. The Ulthwé supplement will be the perfect opportunity to release the new kit (which of course will be usable by all Eldar warhosts, not just Ulthwé).

The supplement itself is largely based on Phil Kelly's brilliant Ulthwé Strike Force army list from Codex: Eye of Terror way back in 3rd edition. We can expect the usual background section which will greatly expand on what we know about Ulthwé along with Warlord Traits, wargear, Cities of Death / Stronghold Assault strategems, etc.
