INTRODUCE YOU FULL-SIZE MOTORIZED CHAINBLADE
This product features chain movement accompanied by a sound effect, a detail sure to impress any fan. The display indicates the battery charge level, allowing you to know in advance when a battery change is needed during an event. The device can be powered by regular AA batteries—though 1.5-volt lithium batteries are recommended—or by an 18650 battery. For those using an 18650 battery, a Battery Management System (BMS) board is included to ensure safe usage and charging.
Thanks to my extensive experience in designing and printing with FDM printers, I've managed to create all the parts without the need for external supports. In some cases, I've used built-in supports that are easily removable, without compromising the parts' functionality, structural integrity, or ease of assembly. The package of STL models also includes versions optimized for printing on smaller printers with a print area of 200x200 mm. If necessary, I will release updated files to accommodate even smaller printers.
When designing this product, I established the following objectives:
The Emperor will not appreciate your sword lying around. Therefore, I have developed a special stand that can be placed horizontally on a shelf or table. Alternatively, it can be attached to the wall to display the sword vertically.
The foundational model: For this model, I addressed all the technical aspects that will guide the subsequent development of other styles. The STL files package provides everything you need to reproduce a physical copy on your own.
Note: For assembly, some parts will need to be purchased separately (comprehensive assembly instructions will be available on my YouTube channel). Depending on the features you desire for your sword (no sound, basic sound, or advanced sound), additional costs will range from $20 to $100, respectively. Links to all required components will also be included in the instructions.
By purchasing a physical copy, you'll receive a pre-assembled sword featuring the fullest range of options (advanced sound, display, BMS board). For ease of international shipping, the sword will be divided into two sections. A few screws will need to be fastened, and a chain inserted—assembly guidance will be available on my YouTube channel. Please note that you'll also need to purchase batteries separately, as lithium batteries cannot be shipped by air.
The expanded set includes the basic model, a decorative sword stand, a simpler stand, a version of the blade without text to allow for personalized inscriptions, and a version devoid of decorative elements for individual customization.

When designing this product, I established the following objectives:
- The design should be as realistic as possible to provide fans with a genuine and immersive experience.
- The product should be user-friendly and lightweight. Despite its significant dimensions (1.3 meters) and features, it weighs a mere 2.3 kg, making it significantly lighter than comparable plywood products.
- It should be easily assembled and printed, with a minimal reliance on purchased components.
