Hello, I just joined this forum, and as a way to intoduce myself I figured i would post my in progress word bearer army. working up to 2000 pts. Just started on them a short while after moving to Germany (new to the country AND the Forum😀)

First of all: welcome to our forum - hope You will feel good here.

But honestly: it's kind of weird reading and writing in english here... Do you not speak german at all?

Regarding Your rhino, it's a very solid paint-job. Personally I do not like the color-scheme or at least some parts of it. E.g. the top hatch in b&w seems weird and doesnt fit my imagination of WBs... What You should still work on is some highlights (are there any?) and the spikes (they seem not to be painted at all).

Looking at your test-scheme-mini, this one looks really nice. I like the mini itself, but it also seems to be painted really well. However, the pictures are not good enough to judge the mini in more detail.

Ich hatte eigentlich gedacht mein Computer war die Übersetzung des Textes für mich, wie ich es bis dahin gewohnt gesetzt haben. Diese Funktion offenbar gescheitert dieser Zeit meinen aufrichtigen Entschuldigung dafür.
Es gibt auf der Rhino-Highlighting. Es ist nur, wie Sie sagten, die Bilder nicht so gut. Und nein, ich spreche nicht gut Deutsch überhaupt. Ich lerne, aber es wird eine Weile dauern, bis ich fließend kommunizieren können.

Welcome to Germany and to this board. I hope you like it here.

I like your Word Bearers. Nice dark red and clean painting. As has been said i think a little more contrast from shadowed areas to highlight areas would make them look even better.
I think the Rhino doors and hatches are a very good idea and i think it fits the Word Bearers if the whole Rhino was covered in writing.

Imo yout best work is the rhino. Could you make some better pics, please? Looks great🙂

Btw. we have some projects about the Pre/Mid/Post-Hereys theme.
Maybe you find some new ideas...
For example:

Hello and welcome to our lovely board ;-)
Very nice your wordbearers. If you could manage to create little more contrast, it would fit them proper. The writings on the hatches and the sideplate are definitely my favourites, but as said before the rhino would fit even better to the wordbearers if they would cover the whole tank. Imo the marines themselves are quite impressing. Nice conversions and a quite good paintjob. I hope you´ll attend the parchments between the warriors cribs further, cause they´re still looking a litlle bit premature at the moment.
