Diskussion-Black Libary Neuerscheinungen (2016)

A-40k-author Blog (Robbie MacNiven)

Over the past few years Black Library has been very tied to the wider Games Workshop’s production line. The miniature releases dictated what we wrote about, and we were assigned the topics (check out the awesome new Deathwatch board game coming this Saturday, for example). Lately though it was realised by the management that many of the greatest Black Library works of fiction, such as Gaunt’s Ghosts or the Caphias Cain series, would never have been written under the current system. Because of that Black Library has once again been separated from the immediate miniature releases (that will now be dealt with my separate in-house writers) and authors are being asked to pitch their own ideas.
