Trick#17 den ich gerade gelesen habe betrifft die unpopulären Bioware Points für Bioware DLC
  • You can't get the discount on BP if you buy them on the Origin web portal. A bunch of other comments have mentioned this.
  • You can't get the discount on BP if you try to buy them in the Origin client from the Mass Effect 2 Extra Content tab. You can only get the discount from the Mass Effect 3 Extra Content tab
  • If you want to buy ME2 DLC, purchase the BioWare Points from the ME3 Extra Content tab by selecting a DLC that costs more than the amount of BioWare Points you currently have. You'll be prompted to buy BioWare Points first before you can spend them. After you've bought the BioWare Points, you'll be prompted to spend them on the DLC item. CANCEL out of this, and take your BP over to the ME2 Extra Content tab and spend them there.
  • DLC is purchased from the Extra Content tab for the base game. The exception is for the ME3 Digital Deluxe upgrade, which you can buy after you buy the trilogy pack. The Origin client was bugging out for me, so you might need to buy it through a web browser.
  • DO NOT buy From Ashes. Buy the Digital Deluxe upgrade for the same price and get extra goodies.
  • Make sure you buy up all the ME2 DLC before ME3 DLC, as you might not be able to get half-priced BP otherwise, because you won't get prompted from the ME3 Extra Content tab


If anyone wants to just get the trilogy and story DLC, here's what you'll want to get (prices are after discount and before tax. DON'T FORGET THE PROMO CODE ON EACH TRANSACTION):

  • The ME Trilogy package - Includes ME1 and DLC, and the base (non-deluxe) versions of ME2 and 3 - $15
  • ME2 Arrival - 560 Bioware Points
  • ME2 Kasumi - Stolen Memory - 560 BP
  • ME2 Overlord - 560BP
  • ME2 Lair of the Shadow Broker - 800BP
  • ME3 Digital Deluxe Upgrade - Includes From Ashes (which would be $5 worth of BP on its own) and some miscellaneous goodies - $5
  • ME3 Leviathan - 800BP
  • ME3 Omega - 1200BP
  • ME3 Citadel - 1200BP
For BioWare Points, that adds up to 5680 BP to purchase all story DLC. Of course, BP can only be bought in multiples of 400, so you will need to buy three 1600 BP items, and one 1200 BP item, so that you'll have 320 BP left over to spend on cosmetic items or other Bioware games.
How much you'll spend:

  • $37.50 for 6000 Bioware Points
  • $15 for the ME3 Trilogy
  • $5 for the ME3 Digital Deluxe upgrade
$57.50 total.

DA:I - DLCs werden in € angegeben. Deshalb gehe ich mal davon aus, dass das bei ME:A genauso sein wird, und verzichte darauf, den Rabatt-Code zu nutzen, um mir einen BP-Vorrat anzulegen :happy:

Ach! Jetzt weiß ich wo der Unterschied liegt. Ich dachte Space Hulk Ascension wäre das Spiel gewesen, das ich geholt habe. Ich hab aber "nur" das normale Space Hulk von 2014 mit DLC und Zusatzkampagnen geholt. Noja, macht nüscht. Das reguläre Space Hulk ist auf Steam atm auch mit 23 Euro eingetragen. Hab trotzdem ein Schnäppchen gemacht 😛

Ascension gibts auf Amazon gar nicht 😱
