Perry Plastic Ansar

The box contains 40 28mm multi-part, hard-plastic miniatures, including command. These can be assembled to represent the Beja (Fuzzy Wuzzies) (early or late war), Kordofan rebels, or Nile Arabs that fought the British and Egyptian forces between 1881-85 during the Mahdist Uprising.

There are two command sprues and three infantry on which are 40 Beja heads, and 40 bare-headed and capped ones as well. All arms are separate with a mixture of spears, swords, throwing sticks, and eight rifles. The 36 shields are intended for the Beja.

Also provided is historical background by the esteemed author Lt. Col. Mike Snook, six flags, and sand-colored unit bases.

All this for £18.00 GBP + P&P. Code SA 30.

Perry Miniatures Plastic Russian [28mm]

attachment.php

We’ve just got the first shots of the plastic Russian Napoleonic
Infantry sprues in, so we thought we’d show you. They need a tiny bit of
tweaking but not much at all, before going into production. Again
Renedra have pulled out all the stops……just look at the free flowing cap
cords for starters!
attachment.php

The set will be available first at Salute April the 21st only from our stand TE 22.

The figures in the boxed set will represent a battalion of a Russian
Infantry regiment from 1809-1814. All 40 figures will have the option of
the 1809 or 1812 kiwer (shako) or the 1811 forage caps. The 1809 kiwer
actually continued in use alongside the 1812 pattern until late in the
war. The 1811 regulations stipulated that a grenadier platoon was
attached to each battalion , so we have also included these in the box.
The figures could be painted as a regular ‘Infantry’ battalion, or that of Jagers (remembering the jager didn’t use standards) or Marines.
attachment.php

You will get 6 infantry sprues and one command in the set, but the command will be available from us direct too.

@Herr Oberst:

@Minis:
