Ich hätte sicherlich auch die eine oder andere Sache, aber ich muss noch rechnen, wo sich jetzt ne Einzelbestellung lohnt und wo noch ne Box. Insgesamt muss ich sagen, dass es gut ist, dass man die Schiffe jetzt einzeln bekommen kann, der Preis ist zwar für Spartan Verhältnisse etwas hoch, aber soweit ich das gesehen habe eben doch zu erwarten gewesen. Und ab 100 Pfund spart man ja immerhin das Porto.

Ich finde die preise auch gesalzen, aber wenn man Einzelmodelle braucht geht das.

Der Einzelpreis ist ja weniger das Problem, aber wenn ich billiger wegkomme, wenn ich eine Grundbox hier kaufe und die überzähligen Modelle in den Müll werfe...
Leider bezweifle ich das etwas. Die cruiser squads im parts shops sind ja im endeffekt die kleinen boxen von Firestorm nur, dass Firestorm models schon immer teurer waren weil sie größer für ihre klasse und 3d sind. SG hat das Problem schieren Masse der DW Modelle die mittlerweile verfügbar sind. Und es sieht ja nicht danach aus als würden es weniger Releases werden. So lange es läuft machen sie natürlich auch weiter.
Se kündigen schon wieder neues Zeug für die Coe Nations an. Ich würde mir ja wenigstens ein kleines bisschen mehr Auswahl für die Alliance Nations wünschen statt schon wieder was für die Core. Wird langsam ein bisschen fragwürdig ... auch wenn mich der Heavy Bomber zugegebenermaßen trotzdem interessiert !

Nun gut, ist halt ein schwerer Bomber für die Preußen. Ehrlich gesagt finde ich, dass die Luftwaffen schon ein oder zwei neue Modelle gebrauchen könnten. Gibt ja aktuell pro Fraktion nur eine Sky Fortress und ein Airship bei den Large/Massives und jeweils nen Scoutschiff und nen Bomber in der Medium Klasse.
Und bei den Allianznationen darfst du nicht vergessen, dass jetzt die Inder in zwei Boxen erscheinen und demnächst noch die Chinesen und Polen jeweils ne neue Kiste bekommen - und für die Osmanen sind auch Landeinheiten angekündigt. So mau sieht es bei denen also auch nicht aus. Aber ich warte eigentlich auch noch auf die SUSA, wobei das dann ja auch der letzte gro0e Volksrelease für Dystopian Wars werden dürfte. Ansonsten hat man ja alle wichtigen Länder durch...

Nach dem Hintergrund aus Operation Shadow Hunter müsste es zumindest so sein. Bleibt allerdings die Frage, ob man so was vernünftig Balancen kann, wenn die ganze Flotte nur mit halben Würfeln beschossen werden kann. Entweder müssten die dann exorbitant teuer sein oder selbst die großen Schiffe recht niedrige DR/CR werte haben, damit man mal einen Schuss durchbekommt. Und Flotten mit Disruption Generatoren (wie FSA) wären dann deutlich im Vorteil. Na mal abwarten...
Die Core Nations haben es aber einfach nicht nötig. Der Bestand an Einheiten wird künstlich aufgeblasen und es sorgt nur dafür das nochmehr Einheiten hinten runterfallen (bei der Verwendung). Ihr amcht ja immer so ausgeprägt Einheitenbewertungen ... wenn was durchfällt wird es nicht benutzt und entweder kommt was neues was eine der vielen alten Einheiten ersetzt oder von vornherein selbst nutzlos ist ... ich hab nicht das Gefühl das es irgendwo eine große Lücke gibt die unbedingt gefüllt werden müsste ...
Ich denke auch nicht, dass es bei den meisten Core Nationen wirklich Lücken zu schließen gibt.
Selbst die Modelle für die 2. Edit währen nicht nötig gewesen.

Ja ich finde nur das das zu schnell geht. Bad können sie nichtsmehr rausbringen weil es sonst lächerlich wird. Dann bleiben nur noch Regel- und Werte-Veränderungen.
Oh ja, auf die warte ich auch. Ich habe im Spartan Games Forum in dem entsprechenden Thread auch zwischendurch mal zu den noch kommenden Fraktionen geschrieben, was ich denke wie sich deren Gameplay gestaltet usw., bin mal gespannt ob ich in dem einen oder anderen Punkt Recht hatte.
Ich bin mal gespannt, wie die Spanier werden. Im Regelbuch liest sich das so, dass sie zusätzliche Suballies haben, also z.B. Argentinien(was davon noch übrig ist). Vielleicht gibt es die ja als ergänzende Spezialschiffe. Die Spanier könnten dann SEHR vielseitig werden. Auch Ägypten und Griechenland sind scheinbar ganz cool. Ich frage mich, was davon schon alles designt wurde, oder ob das erst noch kommt.

Next up we have the Shi Medium Robots; modelled on ceremonial ‘Temple Dogs’, these robotic beasts tear the enemy apart with tooth and claw. Well if new Chinese boxed sets, Heavy Bombers and the announcement of the new Dystopian Legions wasn’t enough, Spartan have another thing coming down the pipe line – a Support Box for the Kingdom of Denmark…
That Battle Carrier looks fearsome! With the option of both dropping what look like Assault Boats as well as launch Support Aircraft… Fantastic!

Ok, danke für die ganzen News. Ich kannte die meisten Bilder schon, aber einiges war neu.
Zu den CHinesen habe ich bei den Dänen kurz was geschrieben. Ich habe mir noch flugs eine der alten Starterboxen gesichert. Die neue passt natürlich zu Spartans aktuellen Starterbox-Zusammenstellungen (BB, Carrier, BC, 3 Kreuzer, Fregatten, Korvetten). Ok hier ist es jetzt ne Carriergruppe und statt Korvetten gibts Zerstörer, aber ansonsten passt es. Ich brauchte jetzt noch noch ein Schlachtschiff und 3 Zerstörer, das war es gut, dass ich noch ne alte Box bekommen habe. Denn Schiffe einzeln gibts bei SG jetzt auch nur für die neusten Boxen der Hauptfraktionen. Hier stößt das Boxen-Konzept an seine Greznen. Schade für Leute, die sich ein paar Chinesen ekauft haben und für die die neue Box mitunter suboptimal zur Erweiterung ist.
Von den Miniaturen:
Die Lufteinheiten Chineas sind sehr geil geworden und zum kaufen vorgemerkt. Bei den Bodeneinheiten passe ich aber - wir spielen eh kein DW Ground. Da spare ich lieber auf Planetfall. Beim Brachen muss ich schauen. Die ollen Bomber brauche ich jetzt nicht mehr. Schade, dass es den nicht mit den neuen Fliegern gibt. Den Festungsdreadnought habe ich schon und zum Glück auch zwei Supportboxen. Da brauche ich das nicht mehr.
Bei den Dänen gibt es zum Glück keine neue Zusammenstellung. Die neuen Schiffe sollen in einer Supportbox kommen. Finde ich gut, da ich erst kürzlich mit den Dänen zur Verstärkung meiner Preußen angefangen habe.
Ach ja, der FSA Bomber ist auch schick. Mal sehen, was SG noch für die Luftflotten so ausgeheckt haben...
