Es scheint sehr Still um R geworden zu sein. Immherin ist dieser Betrag schon auf Seite 2. Duncan, tun die Franzosen nix, oder warum lassen die nix von sich hören. Auf ihrer HP wurde auch schon ewik kein Update mehr gemacht und laut R-Onlineshop kommen jetzt Wave 12-13. Soweit ich das verstanden habe hibt es aber schon Wave 16. Warum warten die ihren Shop nicht? :blink:

The Hero Box: Azaël contains an Incarnate for the army of the Ram.

Azael is both a talented necromancer and an equally talented fighter. She is also an honest captain. Her precious mixture of magic and martial ability allows her to successfully confront any opponent, including other Incarnates. Accompanied by one or two magicians, she can become a real nuisance to the enemy by launching several Rituals at a time such as Curse, Eternal Regrets, and Ritual of Flesh. With her familiar, the Companion of the Tomb, she has access to any ritual, which offers her a vast array of choices!

The second half of 2009 has been a busy one for Rackham Entertainment since it allowed us to introduce our new Army Boxes and to release two new armies for AT–43 (the Cog clones and the mercenary ONI) as well as for Confrontation: The Age of Rag’narok (the knights of the Lion and the undead of the Ram). We’re happy to announce that 2010 will be a step further in that direction.

A new army is planned for each game. The powerful and sturdy Krygs will join the AT–43 universe at the start of the second half of 2010. By the end of the year, the first elven army will enter the battlefields of the Rag’narok! Each of these armies will be introduced by an Army Box with a ready-to-play army, and an Army Book detailing the army. Other items will follow and allow you to develop and adapt the force within the Army Box.

In the same time, two existing armies for each game will receive their own Army Box, offering the perfect first buy for new players. But these boxes will be interesting for existing players as well, since we will use them to add unreleased or out of stock miniatures. Karmans will be doing the honours for AT–43 in the second term, with the UNA close behind them. Confrontation: The Age of Rag’narok will have the creatures of the Scorpion in the third term and then the templars of the Griffin.

All the while, Unit and Hero boxes will of course be released to reinforce the newest armies.

Die Figuren sehen in Natura sogar noch besser aus, hier täuscht das zu Warme Licht bei der Aufnahme etwas. Die Waffen sind größtenteils aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff und wirken durch die aufgebrachten Verläufe sehr "magisch". Die Gargoylenflügel und die Köpfe der Paladine sind ebenfalls aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff.

Sonderverkauf im Online-Store

Rackham-Entertainment verkauft vom 1.2. bis zum 15.1.2010 AT-43/Confrontation-Produkte bis zur Wave 11 (keine Armeeboxen) zu Sonderpreisen. Auch einige Bücher werden vergünstigt angeboten.

Mit dieser Aktion räumt Rackham das Lager von alten Produkten, um Platz für die neuen Boxen zu haben und die Bestände sind nicht sonderlich groß.

Kryg und andere Nettigkeiten

Wir hatten die Gelegenheit einen ersten Blick auf die Kryg zu werfen und sie sehen aus als hätte eine Eidechse eine sehr ungesunde Affäre mit einem Troll gehabt. Ähnlichkeiten zu einem mysteriösen Bild am Ende des Red Blok Armeebuchs sind nicht auszuschließen. Der Spielstil der Kryg wird auf jeden Fall recht brachial sein.

Die bisherigen Entwürfe der Kryg-MGS erinner sehr stark an einen russischen KV-1, allerdings wurden die Ketten in der Länge halbiert, dafür aber zwei pro Seite angesetzt und das Fahrzeug wirkt dadurch geländegängiger. Der Turm erinnert an eine aufgebohrte Variante des KV-1-Turms mit einmal einem Dreifachrohr und einem Mörserrohr.

Weiterhin wird Rackham in Zukunft die Möglichkeit modularer MGS so weit wie möglich ausloten, angefangen mit kommenden Cog-MGS. Kryg sollen sogar von Anfang an modular sein.

Die kommenden Cog Stalker werden aus durchsichtigem eingefärbten Kunststoff gefertigt, um ihr Tarnfeld zu betonen.
