For those that haven't heard anything lately from them the KickStarters received this email this morning.

3 months ago we have set up a "saving" account to secure cash for shipping 2nd and 3rd wave of AvP. We have some really exciting news. Our sales team has really done an extremely good on sales of Prodos games products and casting services in the past 3 months and we have secured 42K+ GBP for Wave shipping (see attached picture http://imgur.com/l6P2PyZ ). This only means that we have in plans to ship out ALL KS items by end of January. We will also set up an email account for queries regarding only the KS - [email protected], this email will be active from mid February. IF you have not received your rewards by END February please contact us immediately on the email above.

A small BUG.
We have found a small issue with pledge manager.. The pledge manager was linked to our online shop and run on the same platform, if a KS backer have made any purchase in our shop (Warzone for instance) the PM in some cases marked off KS pledge as shipped and shop purchase tracking number was recorded in KS box as well. This have been now resolved. However if you plan to make any purchases in our shop or you have done it in last week or so please emial us on [email protected], we will check every individual case. I hope my words wont get twisted around, but so security (to make sure that we can actually provide you with KS tracking number) if you made any purchase in our shop and if you have not shipped your KS rewards, we will have to do it in one parcel with one tracking number (shop order + KS rewards). At this stage this is the only solution without interfering into source code of PM... the last thing we need at this stage is total fallout with PM.

Prodos Games LTD
Last year for Prodos was like a ride on roller coaster. Although, we are ashamed of decisions we have made, like getting retail out and so on (to some degree we had no option anyway) in a long run our it shows that the decisions we have made secured KS and Prodos Games future.
Prodos Games in now 30 employees we are providing services for many companies, some of you may even have models made by us not even knowing that Prodos was the manufacturer, 12 KS run by other companies went through our hands, either in the form of 3D sculpting, 3d Printing or casting. In last 6 months (we track numbers for last 6 months only) we have made 109237 sprues of miniatures for external customers! That's 100k sprues!
We totally understand that for many of you Prodos is the worse company that you could have a pleasure to deal with, frankly, a lot, and I mean a lot of delays where due to lack of our experience with the big boys and 3rd party delays that affect us personally and Prodos.
What we can assure that the product you will receive is the top quality in terms of casting as well as design- we are a bunch of engineers and the quality for us is the top goal.
I said many times that for us AvP KS was like an open wound, that was bleeding out us slowly, and only what we could do last year was to put some plasters to reduce the bleeding... now, we are in the stage of stitches that stop the bleeding however we are aware that AVP KS scar will stay for ever on Prodos Games face.
The root cause of all issues was the decision to go KS with this project. Looking back we should get it out slowly, starting with a board game and then add more.. but, we have a new future, a KS free future, this decision for us, in a long term, I believe is the best decision we could make. We know, for fact, how difficult is to run a KS, we know how many companies must go from KS to KS to fulfil previous commitments and we know how many companies are struggling because we have been helping them out.
So no-KS projects are the future for us.
New NO-KS Projects.
We are happy to announced that in February we are releasing a new line of miniatures called Space Crusaders. We have already 60 models designed, cast and all going through painting at this stage, this will follow with Space Crusade Board Game mid year... and the range of the models will be increased to 120 by the end of 2016. In May+, Prodos is releasing Warzone 2.0 and new faction Illian. Some really new innovative Wargaming solutions will be put in place.
June/July is a new add to AvP Board Game (stand alone game + expansion to the current game, with additional rules) and focus will be put on war-gaming side of the AvP (more models)
AvP range also will expand. We have in plans to get out another 15 types of models, 5 for each faction! (collecting references). And if plastic work out for us we will have as well Dropship as well.
Hope that one day we can forget the issues we have been going through with AvP KS and Prodos will become your favourite company. We will work very very hard to regain your trust and KS backers will always have a spot in our hart regardless of personal attack or other issues.

Schade. Ich kann ja verstehen das die momentan versuchen an Geld zu kommen um die KS Sachen zu verschicken aber wenn es schon 2 unterschiedliche Regelbuchversionen gibt wüäre doch ein FAQ mal langsam fällig, langsam frage ich mich echt was die da treiben.

game over man!!!
heute ist endlich mein avsp packet gekommen 11 kg weil ich depp zwei basis games genommen habe ich wollte nur eins 🙂
leider kam der erste dämpfer auch gleich. obwohl ich geschrieben habe das zumindest eine dt. version bzw deutsche anleitung und karten bei liegen sollten.
ist alles englisch. das zweite die ganzen add ons die auch englisch sind, liegen lose im packet. und nicht wie die retrail sachen in kleinen boxen.
aber zumindest ist nun ein grossteil der ladung gekommen. das regelbuch habe ich als download. und es fehlen ja noch einige sachen.
aber nach 2,5 jahren ist man einfach froh das es irgendwie geklappt hat.

Mal eine freche Frage von mir am Rande:

Hat vielleicht jemand tatsächlich schon den exklusiven Berserker-Predator erhalten sowie die Predator-Ship-Tiles und möchte die gerne loswerden? ;-)

Kann ja sein, dass jemand aufgrund der ganzen Wartezeit :-( gar keinen Bock mehr auf das Spiel hat, und da würde ich mich dann gerne als dankbarer Abnehmer zeigen.

wundert mich das hier alle noch nichts bekommen haben, bei mir war das vor 3-4 wochen ink versand bestätigung bzw tracking.
wobei ich nicht weiss wer es geliefert hat ups, dhl. da ich keine benachrichtig im postkasten hatte, bzw das tracking mit keine information endete.

ansonsten muss ich sagen, wegen der anleitung und karten habe ich protos angeschrieben und wie üblich keine reaktion.
ich überlege gerade ob
ich die dt. version gegen die englische ks version tauschen soll. das erspart mir ein paar nerven.

Good news folks, we have been shipping AVP to backers all week and we’re down to 505 parcels (link to a snapshot from our pledge manager:http://tinypic.com/r/2jd2jb4/9) (+backlog of about 40 being processed by our packing team). There has been an issue with door stands supplying for AvP board game (supplier ran out of it and could not supply any more from China, thus we needed to find a manufacturer in Europe and pay for tooling, 4 weeks delay), as a result some of you may receive a board game with different than black door stands, we took whatever supplier had in stock.

I’m sorry to those who are still awaiting their wave 2 stuff but unfortunately, as we mentioned before, we thought the fairest way to send KS stuff out was randomly. I’ll ask you to be patient for just a little while longer if you haven’t received your stuff as we’re still packing boxes.

In other news, we have had the sculptors working hard behind the scenes on one of the new models to be released soon, and I can now announce that we’re working on one of the most iconic pieces from the Aliens movie...the Drop-ship + APC. It will be an add-on for the board game with few tiles, new missions and rules clarification available only at shows or via our webstore.

Some of you have started to receive the facehugger models over the last few weeks and we hope that you understand some of the changes we had to make.

We are also working on the 3rd and the last wave of approvals on remaining items, once we know more we will share it with you.

We are currently looking a rewrite of some of the rules and I know that some of the crusaders are over on the Prodos AVP forum looking at these. Please make double time over there so that you can tell us what does or doesn’t work with the boardgame as we frequent those pages often to see how we can redesign the game to make it better for you.

Wenn du dir Lagerhaltung und supply chain eines Zulieferers zum Problem machst, bitte. Im Allgemeinen findet das so aber nicht statt und wenn die Leute nicht liefern können oder wollen muss die Firma Prodos halt ne Lösung suchen. Liefert Prodos ohne aus blökt der Mob, liefern sie mit aus blökt der Mob ebenso. Da muss man sich fragen wer da Inkompetent ist.

also ich muss sagen, der ks ist jetzt schon sehr lange her und es war zu der zeit wo es eben neu war und alle ks machen wollten. weil man da schnell viel geld machen konnte. aber dann kamen wirklich probleme, produktion, und versand dazu.
das probos sich aber so verzettelt hat, mit den rechten, und da lange verluste hatte dann das zusammenstellen + versand. so lange gedauert hat.
und das waren jetzt keine 10.000 backer.

aber auch der produktions plan wenn das spiel im juli 2015 im laden steht und dann die backer quasi 3 mal was geschickt bekommen. ist das schon extrem teuer und eben das die erweiterungen noch nicht erhältlich bzw produziert sind und noch beigepackt werden müssen. falls die packete noch nicht gepackt sind.
wobei wie da türen halter fehlen können...

Sry aber wenn ich schon weiß das der Mob aus Backern hinter mir her ist und ich eine solche vollmundige Ankündigung mache wie: "Bis zum Ende des Februars haben alle ihr Zeug! Seht her, das ist der Kontostand des eigens dafür angelegten Kontos!" Dann sorge ich dafür, das es eben nicht an sowas wie den Türständern mangelt. Mal abgesehen davon das diese Chinesische Firma mit Sicherheit nicht von heute auf morgen umzieht ohne ihre Kunden darüber zu informieren das es in dieser Zeit keine Produktion gibt und man deshalb dementsprechend kalkulieren sollte.

Diese Türständer sind ja auch kein Artikel den man niemals wieder benötigt, sondern in jedem Spiel, egal ob es für Backer oder für den normalen Käufer ist. Dieses oder nächstes Jahr...

Das ganze wirkt halt einfach nur wieder wie ne schlechte Entschuldigung warum sie mal wieder eine Deadline nicht einhalten können.
