scheinbar kann man ihnen also DOCH "Verbesserungen" kaufen[/b]
was wiederum dem "General bekommt primär technische Ausrüstung, däm.

Q: Are the possessed going to be competitive in the new codex?
A: I am not too keen on the new Possessed. The models are awesome but their randomness hurts their viability in my opinion. They compete in the elites slot with Chosen (AWESOME versatility) and Terminators (Versatile as well) and I do not see them winning out. Sure, if they roll Power Weapons they are fairly deadly, but the points paid for them are considerable for a random effect.
Q: When you roll a 1 for the possessed-ability, is the result “nothing”?
A: No, th table looks as you see in the following:
1: Scouts
2: Furious Charge
3: Fleet of Foot
4: Rending
5: Feel No Pain
6: Power Weapons
Q: Do you roll for the Possessed ability-table each turn or once per game?
A: You do not roll every turn. You roll once before the game after deployment.
Q: Are the possessed going to be better than in the actual codex?
A: If you like the basic stats of the possessed now for the points you pay for them now, you will be even more happy with the new codex, despite the random table.
Q: The Posessed are going to have 2 Attacks each – great!
A: One thing to keep in mind folks. Essentially *ALL* CSMs have 2 attacks as they all have a BP, CCW as well as a Bolter Standard (Thousand Sons excluded). So, the two attack characteristic for Possessed isn't all that special. The Strength and invulnerable save is nice though.
AOP & SPECIAL CHARACHTERS
Q: I'm curious - does Huron force any restrictions or bonuses upon the force he leads? I seem to remember in the old 'dex, because the Red Corsairs were a much more "current" betrayal, they had access to a number of items and stuff which their Heresy-era counterparts didn't. Or has that been scrapped?
A: I think you are thinking of the Codex a little wrong. There is no "force" to lead other then Chaos Space Marines. There isn't a special set of rules for different legions ala the last codex. The only limitations are those set by the force org chart (except Greater Daemons are limited to 1 only). None of the special characters have any bearing on the force you take other then the points they cost. That being said, the special characters offer a good variety.
TERMINATORS
Q: In comparison to the loyal Terminators I think the Chaos Terminators will cost 40 Pts, is that right?
A: The points assumption is wrong. Chaos Terms are significantly cheaper base cost but have tons of options at their disposal. These options can boost the cost of terminators and Chaos terminators also have the option to take icons. Overall, I like what they did with the terms and I suspect they will be a staple of alot of peoples army. As for the RAC, I do not think many folks will take it becase its cost is very prohibitive. I really wish they would have done SOMETHING with the RAC. If they made it Heavy 4 Twin Linked, THEN I would see the points justifying it.
OPTIONS FOR HQ-MODELS
Q: Are you saying that the Lord and Sorcerer come with flight built in?
A: No, it is an option though for Lords, Sorcs and DPs.
CULT TROOPS
Q: How do you rate the new upcoming troops?
A: Regarding Cult Troops. I rate Plague Marines as probably the most versatile unit in the game with very few upgrades. A standard squad of PMs can deal with a lot of threats. 1k Sons are awesome against Power Armor and can play the roll of a speed bump in CC. Zerks are vicious in CC. If they get the charge against marines they will do some serious damage. Noise Marines have a wierd kinda role. They have increased initiative which makes them deadly in CC but their special ability is Sonic Weaponry which allows them to shoot from farther away. The Sonic Weaponry isn't all that cheap either so if you equip these guys with blasters they become the most expensive unit. Not sure I will play with these guys considering if I want increased initiative, I will just drop an Icon of Slaanesh on some regular CSMs or Chosen.
Q: So do plague marines have to take 10 men to get access to the 2nd special weapon?
A: No, and that gives them an advantage over normal CSMs.
Q: Are sonic blasters still optional, or do they get them as standard equipment?
A: Sonic Blasters are still optional.
Q: If Thousand Sons are rumored to be 25 pts each and noise marines with sonic blasters are more expensive than that, then am I correct in assuming they are going back to their old pts cost (from the '99 3rd ed Chaos codex which Jervis wrote)? Weren't they something ridiculous like 35 pts each or some such nonsense?
A: The Noise Marines are not 35 pts heh, that would be nuts.
Q: Do Noise Marines suck in the new codex?
A: My point about them was that other then being fearless, their advantage over an Icon bearing unit of CSMs is wasted as their favor of Slaanesh is primarily a CC skill yet they get access to long range weapons.
HAVOCS
Q: What are the weapon options for Havocs?
A: Havocs can still take specials and/or Heavies and they can have icons. Rhinos are now the cheap Dark Angel version.
RHINOS
Q: Some news about the chaos rhinos?
A: Rhinos are now the cheap Dark Angel version.[/b]
klingt gut, nur schade, dass die death guard langsam das wird, was die BTs bei den loyalen sind, nämlich die 0815-kiddie armee 🙁[/b]

Also Beschwörung für kleine Dämonen ist schlechter, Beschwörung für grosse Dämonen besser geworden 😉Q: Is summoning (for greater ans normal deamons) going to be changed? No real rumors about his til now.
A: Summoning lesser daemons has a changed a bit. It works more like Deep Striking next to a Teleport Homer where the Icon (any icon) is the homer. There will not be any scatter and the Daemons can not move after being summoned. They will still be able to assault though.
For greaters, you do not designate a Daemonvessel, when the GD becomes available from reserve, you simply replace any Aspiring Champion, Lord, etc. that you have on the board. If you have no models available, the GD is lost (no more possessing a dead host.)[/b]
Wobei zu beachten ist, dass das alte Profil komplett mit 4en aufgefüllt war, ausser Bf0, LP1, MW10 und 5+ ReW.Q: What about the Profile of the lesser daemons?
A: The generic profile for Daemons is better then the last edition. Daemons (lesser or greater) also take up no slots on the FOC.[/b]
Q: Any idea on what the weapon lay-out is of the chaos veterans and if the rac get's a boost in stats?
A: Weapon layouts for veterans would be a lot to list. Suffice to say they have a ton of options that will allow you to configure them for a variety of roles. They can be marked and have infiltrate standard. Anti-Tank, Close Combat, Suppressive fire are all in the realm of possibilities for Chosen.[/b]
