Hier mal ein ganzer Schwung Bestätigungen und 1-2 neue Sachen von Mad Larkin UK auf Warseer, die 5. klingt für mich mit jedem neuen Gerücht besser ^^

Having read the book, ive got to say i love the book.

First of all theres an odd rule where if you shoot through an interveneing unit, the unit behind gets a 4+ cover save. But the unit that is intervening is not hit by the saved shots...

However, in a practice game, a funny situation came up. Since its a cover save, it is ignored by template weapons, so when some flamers used the 4+ glance breath of chaos, i didnt get my save :_(

Skimmers are not nerfed at all!!! at cruising speed they get a 4+ cover save!! so half of your hits are negated.

My leman russes suffer, since ordenance weapons scatter 2D6 always now, and minus my BS of 3. But no partials so i cant complain.

Transports can now transport any unit, not just the unit they were bought for. All the requirement is is that you have to set up the transport with its dedicated unit, containing them or none. But from turn 1 onwards you can have Kroot riding round in devilfish, etc.

Vehicle squadrons: another reason not to have them. If one of your vehicles is immobilised, the result is changed to vehicle wrecked, since the other members of the squad know that it is worthless and abandon it.

Force weapons do indeed cause instant death, so daemons, nids etc are immune to the instant kill. Still hurts them with its power weapon effect.

Scouts and infiltrators are AWESOME. You can choose not to deploy them normally, as in they can still get a free move or set up as infiltrators as they do in 4th edition. Instead, you place them in reserve. When they arrive, they come on from the short board edges!! IE the sides!!! on a roll of a 1-2, the left side, 3-4 right side, 5-6 you choose. !!!! And the board edge is all the way along, so you can come on in the opponents deployment zone, turn 2.

Wound allocation is a bit retarded. In my test game against dark angels, 5 terminators were wounded 11 times by Breath of chaos, so i was taking 5+ invun. from some Flamers of tzeench. So each member of the squad had 2 wounds, and 3 on one of the basic powerfist guys. The squad was 5 men strong, consisting of 2 powerfist guys, 1 chainfist, 2 lightning claw guys.

When saves are rolled, you roll each group of armed the same together. Ie the 4 saves on the two lightning claw guys, which i failed 2 of. Now i didnt read this part in the book, but my opponent did. But apparently you take 2 wounds, even though i then rolled on the chainfist and failed twice, only he died. So had i rolled the two lightning claw guys seperately, there was a chance only 1 would have died.


I also saw the pictures in the book, and the PLASTIC DROP POD!!! it looks amazing. It has hinged doors, and inside each of the 5 compartments is 2 rollercoaster style restrains, as in nemesis rollercoaster, not a lap bar.

This model looks great. Also were the plastic clip together dreadnought from the battleforce, which looks great. It has a plastic multimelta option! HUZZAH!

5th edition will rock!

RULEBOOK
You may ‘Run’ after deepstriking
Deepstrike Mishap Table (roll when you scatter onto other models or off table) is 1-2: Dead, 3-4: Opponent places your models down, 5-6: Units get placed into reserve again.
Turn 5 your reserves automatically come on (unless they were placed back in Reserve)
Swarms have an amended USR to state they are never scoring.
All models regardless of whether they are scoring or not can still contest objectives
BOXED SET
Yet more information points to a very cut down rulebook that only allows play with the included models. The transport rules for example are not included, and none of the basic missions at all.

Ultramarines
1 Marine Captain with Powersword. Very ornate with a large cape many tassels. He amazingly has hair!
10 Marine Tactical Squad. Sergeant with Bolt pistol and CCW. Missile Launcher, Flamer. ~the old school classic
1 Dreadnought: Multimelta and Stormbolter.
5 Terminators: 1 Sergeant with Powersword. The squad has Stormbolters and Powerfists with no heavy weapon provided. ~I believe you get some spare heavy weapons with the standard Terminator boxed set so making 2 squads should still work out normally
The marines are described as exceptional and you will have a difficult time telling them apart from the fully poseable models. Skuttlebutt says these have tactical symbols and and Ultramarine symbol molded onto them.

Orks
Ork Warboss is VERY LARGE. He’s armed with a twin-linked shoota and Klaw. He is holding his power klaw out to the side pointing with one of the claws.
20 Ork boyz split into two 10-boy mobs. Each has a big shoota. Reportedly indistinguishable from the regular ork boyz.
5 Nobs: All are armed with slugga & choppa. Large models.
3 Deff Koptas: AMAZING! The standouts of the boxed set. They are described to be very much like the one depicted in the ork codex. Standard orky construction with spare parts and bitz all over. State of the art detail for snap-fit models.

Welchen Sinn macht dann die Ausrüstung Grothälfaz bei Buggieschwadronen der Orks? Kann ich mir irgendwie nich vorstellen...
 
tjo schade das mit dem kleinen RB - aber wenn die Modelle tatsächlich annehmbar ausschauen, scheint sich die Box ja immer noch zu lohnen,
wenn man Marines und/oder Orks gebrauchen kann. Das bedeutet dann aber auch, dass ich mir wohl erstmalig das HC in der UK Version zulegen werde.

4+ Cover für 12zöllig AG ... dürfte besser sein als heute, nur das wohl nur noch eine Waffe feuern darf. Macht Eldar nicht umbedingt sympahtischer und bei uns Tauzen kommt es daruf an; für die HHs heisst es dann in der ersten Runde, nur die Dicke Wumme.

Hoffe doch, dass der NW dann auch nen 4er gibt.

Die Wunden/Saveverteilung scheint mir aber unnötig kompliziert.
 
Naja, bei denen macht sie dann keinen Sinn (mehr) aber es ist ja sowieso nicht so, dass jede Ausrüstung immer überall Sinn macht.
Naja nen gewissen Sinn macht sie schon, nur Kosten/Nutzen stimmen oftmals einfach nich. Aber das wäre dann eine Ausrüstung die wirklich garkeinen Sinn macht! Achja, auf Killakans trifft das dann auch noch zu, die können auch Grothälfaz haben.

Ok, ich nutze die Grothälfaz eh nich weshalb mir das mit der Ausrüstung egal sein kann aber allein, dass die Option an sich garkeinen Sinn mehr machen soll verstehe ich nicht bzw. kann ich mir nich vorstellen.

Between 6-12". Fast Vehicles get 'flat out' speed which is between 12-18" (unless they're a Skimmer, in which case it's up to 24").

Like the Sister of Battle Divine Guidance ability. The 6 now works when rolling To Wound instead. Against Vehicles it works the same, but the second dice is a D3, not a D6.

Another interesting change i forgot is turboboost changes your armour to a cover save, not invunerable. So no more complaining why psycannons kill turboboosting bikers, and also makes sense. How can u dodge a big flaming mess 🙂

Perils of the warp is take a wound, not strength 6 hit, so no more insta kill on farseers.

I had a quick look, but short of the Deepstrike rule of being able to run after deepstrike, and a quick glance at the mishap table I didn't see many rules that were any different...

However, the background section is amazing! There's a timeline that goes right up to the very end of the 41st millennium, with two rather interesting entries that really show the Imperium is screwed...
Words to the effect of:
"The light of the Astonomicon is failing, and communication with Macragge and Ultramar have been disrupted"
And, perhaps even more importantly:
"Tech Adeps of the adeptus mechanicus have discovered several flaws in the Golden Throne that is well beyond their skill to repair."

Some of the new artwork is amazing - the Dark Eldar stuff especially looks really nice, and if they're any representation of how the new models will look we're in for a treat!

Ich glaube als Eldar jeglicher Couleur muss man sich in Zukunft ganz schön vor eifersüchtigen Orks in Acht nehmen 😉

Der Hintergrund scheint nochmal ne ganze Spur dunkler zu werden. aber jeder weiss ja, dass die Wiedergeburt des Imperators dann nicht mehr weit hin sein kann 😉
 
@Wodkaschlumpf: Das symbolisiert einfach, dass man genauer zielen muss, wenn man ein verdecktes Ziel beschiesst, man hat ja nun nicht soviel Muni dabei, dass man einfach raufholzen kann, auch wenn was direkt im Weg steht.

@Frostwyrm: was meinst du damit? DIe Sache mit dem Deckugnswurf ansagen und dann -1 wenn der andere nich einverstanden ist? Das gerücht ist schon laenger entkraeftet, es kommt aber zur Anwendung, wenn nciht sicher ist, ob ein Trupp nun genug verdeckt ist, um von deckung zu profitieren.

Das macht die Grundbox natürlich um einiges unattraktiver. Wäre eigentlich schade, da ich mir so wahrscheinlich doch nur das HC kaufe und GW nur einmal an mir verdient.
