I don't think Dark Elves will exist any more, at least not in the current aesthetic, I think the Cthulu/Deep one Aelves coming out way are meant to be a shadowy almost swings both ways army, they're certainly dark anyway from what I understand, I'm expecting to see them at Adepticon next week with a release either later this year or at the beginning of next year.

I think Skaven are due later in the year according to what I heard a while back.

I've heard nothing at all about Death or Destruction, in fact I find both currently very boring (just my own opinion of course).

I am expecting Skaven later this year, and as far as I know there will be "some" repacks but also plenty of nasty new additions (I seem to recall it's much more of a Skyre type affair this time around with new technologies/weapons etc.) but I wouldn't be surprised to see some new plague monk type things. These currently seem to be the favoured skaven subfactions for GW, hopefully the new book will clarify what Skaven are like in the new setting and their backstory from leaving the old world and what they've done since arrival etc.

Es gab gerade ein Facebook einen Lifestream bei dem ein Blick in das neue KO Battletome geworfen wurde.

They also showed the rules for some of the named holds (chapter tactics!) but I didn't sshot them. One of them gives each hero an unbind (or +1 unbind) with an extra one for each one turn/game. Sounded like the Skyvessel abilities counted as artifacts.

Excerpt from Ironclad rules. They can hold 20 models normally, or more if they're willing to suffer some penalties (to movement, I guess). Skyriggers as we knew do not count for this max, as they float behind tailgating the ship. Skyhooks (Skyriggers and some ships) can pull their units towards the target, Skyriggers up to 24" sounded like and ships D6". Endrinmasters can heal their ships, which also heal natively.

The Frigate has a 10 model capacity. There's a sky-themed battalion that includes Stormcast. Arkanauts are 120pts for 10, max 30, only Battleline in the faction.

EDIT: Bei den Arkanauts haben sich aber viele verlesen, in den 2 Threads wird immer wieder von 9 Spezialwaffen erzählt, auf den bildern sieht man aber das pro 10 Modelle 3 Spezialwaffen mitgenommen werden können.

AoS Skirmish - Warhammer TV Team stellt das Spiel im Livestream vor

Der Macher von Hinterlands, Bottle, wurde vom WarhammerTV Team eingeladen am Mittwoch den 17. im Livestream den neuen AoS Skirmisher zu testen. Das Spiel (neuer Modus?) basiert aber nicht auf Hinterlands. Nächste Woche erfahren wir also mehr zum Skirmisher, der dann eventuell schon bald (übernächsten Samstag?) vorbestellbar sein wird.

Klassische GW-Zwerge - Gerücht

Wenn es nach Milluz Infos geht dann ist alles alte außer dem Gyro aus dem Programm raus und kommt auch nicht mehr

was Zwerge angeht sehr zuverlässig

Kommt vielleicht noch
Woher genau er seine Infos hat sagt er nicht, jedenfalls hat er den neuen Gyro als einzigen genannt der umgepackt wird (oder als solchen bekommen)

Der Gyro ist aktuell online nicht verfügbar und hat noch die alten Bilder, und zusammen mit dem Dampfpanzer in einer Kategorie

bei der Warhammer Community gibt es jetzt einen Eintrag, dass ein Buch für die Path to Glory Spielweise kommen soll (also die Spielweise wo ein paar Listen im Generals Handbook standen und auch ein paar neueren Battletomes listen dabei waren). Vielleicht gibt es ja dann endlich für alle Armeen Listen.

zumindest Eisenbrecher gibs noch, aus mir nicht bekannten Gründen wurde der neue verbackte Gyrokopter und die Eisenbrecher nicht gesammelt verschickt (war wohl ein Packet mit "das sind alle Boxen die neu aufgelegt werden" mit nur dem Gyro drin und die Eisenbrecher wurden später nach geschickt).

The General’s Handbook 2017 – Announced


The General’s Handbook release last year proved to be perhaps the most important book released so far for Warhammer Age of Sigmar.

It introduced the revolutionary concept of the 3 Ways to Play – open, narrative and matched play – and was packed with a massive amount of content for any Warhammer Age of Sigmar fan. You gamers out there loved it, and we saw an explosion of Warhammer Age of Sigmar gaming across the world, from narrative campaigns to awesome multiplayer wars, and a huge increase in matched play tournaments.

But this book was only ever going to be the beginning.

The General’s Handbook is to be the mechanism by which the game is continually supported every year, and we’re delighted to announce today that a sequel is on the way.

The General’s Handbook 2017 will again be an invaluable resource for any Warhammer Age of Sigmar gamer.

For open play, the multiplayer rules have been massively expanded, and now include Triumph & Treachery – devious rules for mid-game betrayals.

Narrative players are about to get really spoilt. With Path to Glory soon to become its own stand-alone expansion, this section has been freed up for a huge amount of new content in the 2017 edition. Highlights include rules for siege warfare in the Mortal Realms and Time of War battlefield rules for locations in every realm (even the one’s we haven’t been to yet!).

Matched play is set to get plenty of updates too. These include new Battleplans, new rules of one, and updated points for units in every faction in the Mortal Realms.



Perhaps most excitingly of all are the new Allegiance Abilities. These are much expanded from those four Grand Alliance army-traits from the previous General’s Handbook. The new book will cover Allegiance Abilities for the likes of Fyreslayers, Seraphon, Slaaneshi hosts, Nighthaunts and over a dozen others.

This book is going to be seriously awesome for any Warhammer Age of Sigmar fan.

For those of you with the current edition, loads of the content in there – such as the battleplans, narrative games and campaign overviews – will remain valuable gaming content, so it will be well worth keeping hold of.

The General’s Handbook 2017 is on the way later this year, and like it’s predecessor, will come in an affordable paperback format.
