Another bit of info, no rules for BL, TS, DG and renegades.
Our opponent's might be Alpha Legion (in our martyred lady book, BT faced Alpha Legion), Word Bearers,(they were attacking shrine worlds, and BT has been facing them post rift), but I somehow doubt we will see World Eaters and Emperor Children.
Edit: Forgot the Iron Warriors and Night Lords.


Kikasstou said for sure BT vs CSM in book 2 of Psychic Awakening.
Also maybe the release in separate kits of the Masters of possession, obliterators and venomcrawlers from Shadowspear.

Besides fluff, Psychic Awakening supplements will bring new additional rules to the original Codexes. Craftworlds for example will have their own craftworld's trait just like SM supplements. So we can expect specific craftworlds rules, warlord traits, dedicated powers and strats. In any case we should get more solid information very soon, it's planned for the beginning of October. Then there will be AoS new faction and by the end of October IF/Sallies.

es könnte sein das wir eine Box mit Chaos Marines teilen und evtl sogar einen Primaris Charakter bekommen zusätzlich zu einem Kit. Könnte natürlich auch sein das wir mit ein paar Seiten abgespeist werden. In den Gerüchten hört es sich auf jeden Fall nach einem vollwertigen Release an - aber man weiß ja nie... unsere Vorfreude war oft schon die Straße des Unglückes...

allerdings, nachdem man die bisher veröffentlichten Regeln und die Modelle vom ersten Buch schon sieht - Drazhar, neue Aspektkrieger, neue Exarchen und Phönix Lords und alles in Kombination mit neuen Regeln mit reinem Fokus auf diese wenigen Kombattanten, ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit von einem größeren Release für BT nicht ganz unwahrscheinlich zumal im zweiten Buch bisher nur von maximal 4 Parteien gesprochen wird (Chaos Marines vs Sisters und Templar gilt als sicher und Sisters bekommen wahrscheinlich ihr eigenes Buch).

Und selbst die kleine Seite im Vigilus Buch in dem wir ...

1. uns das Buch mit über 10 anderen Fraktionen geteilt haben
2. nur eine Seite abbekommen haben
3. ohne dort eine große Rolle gespielt zu haben

..hatte schon einen recht großen Impact auf meine Spielweise und vor allem auf meine Listen.

Achja,... btw. Das Gerücht, dass die Black Templar in Buch 2 auftauchen wird verstärkt durch den Fakt, dass in den Psychic Awakening Videos die Flotte der Inquisitorin von 2 Black Templar Schiffen begleitet wird. Das ist kein Zufall.

Some news from Kikasstou on the french warhammer forum:

For Black Templars:

They'll be in the Psychic Awakening Tome 2 against Chaos. You'll have all the rules to play them and with some extra: enhanced doctrine, BT litany table, new warlord traits, relics and stratagems. No primaris Hellbrecht or Grimaldus but some rule change.

- For 1 CP the turn when you disembark from your crusader LR: no overwatch and -1 to hit in close combat.

- New relic: 4++ within 3" for 1 round.

- New warlord trait: +1 advance and charge.

- New Stratagem: on 2+, you can't disengage from close combat.



Some news for Blood Angels players:

They'll be in the Psychic Awakening Tome 3 against Tyranids. (Not before Spring)

Die neue Eldar vs Dark Eldar Box ist sogar ein spezieller Bonus für uns. Wenn in dieser Box schon zwei neue Modelle vorhanden sind und das nächste Buch mit einer Box "CSM vs BT" begleitet wird könnten wir uns einiges erhoffen.

Wart lieber bis er "weiß" was in deiner/eurer Box drin ist, also konkret, vorher und nicht wie bei Eldar, wenn die Hälfte des ("neuen") Inhalts von GW schon geteasert wurde... Hoffnung ist der erste Schritt auf dem Weg zur Verzweiflung!

ja, da hast du schon Recht. Aber im Moment bin ich zu zuversichtlich. Einfach auch aus dem Grund weil die BT sonst einfach in das Supplement der Imperial Fists hätten gesteckt werden können. Ist aber nicht passiert.

Seems we got some more/better clarified news from "The French" ( teehee.gif ) today

Disclaimer:italian that's translating from french after forgetting most of it so yeah,might be not 100% exact

- Rules in PsyAwakening Book 2.Including the full complement of new stratagems/litanies/warlord traits/relics/doctrine
- Tome 2 enemy is chaos
- Helbrecht and Grimaldus are stilòl oldmarines but their rules are expected to change a bit
- 1 CP stratagem for charging out of LR crusaders with no overwatch + the charged enemy unit is -1 to hit in HtH
- Relic with one round of 4++ 3" aoe around the bearer
- Warlord trait with +1" charge/ + 1" advance
- "Dont get to excited for characters,most of what has changed are the WT"
- "But once they get in HtH,the target has few chances of escaping it" (later explained to be a stratagem that denies disengage on a 2+)
I'm, going out of topic already but in the midst of this,he dropped a "BAs in tome 3,next spring.Enemy:Tyr"

mittlerweile gibt es schon neuere Gerüchte. Angeblich wird es einen Primaris Champion des Imperators geben.

What does it mean? Maybe nothing, but it could also be suggesting a melee option for Primaris, particularly something that he thought about while discussing large chainsword wielding crusader squads.

Epic levels of salt with this one of course, but I post it now because if this is indeed a generic Primaris model release next year, then I may need to temper my expectations for BT models in PA2... maybe rules only are looking more likely at this stage.

Yeah, and I would normally agree that it's just general rumour mumbling. Its hard to explain if you weren't there, but either he's an impressive amateur actor, or he genuinely made a momentary mental connection to the "new release" and mobs of chainsword BT, before quickly changing the subject. As to why this particular guy would have seen something nobody else has, I couldn't say, but it's got me pretty convinced we'll be seeing a bunch of chainsword primaris in the new year.
