Das Problem ist das manche nicht alles lesen und gezielt weglassen, was ihnen ihr tolles Konzept strittig machen könnte. Nebenbei wurde die Problematik in einem englischsprachigen Forum sehr gut aufgeklärt:

Da gibt es nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu diskuttieren. Diese Wortverdreherei einiger nervt allmählich. Hauptsache man kann nochmal irgendwie einen Vorteil rausschlagen.
