Dynastopian Wars

The world of Dystopian Wars is similar to our own, but subtly different. The year is 1870 and the Industrial Revolution occurred decades earlier than in our own world. Technology is far advanced, and in many cases, unrecognisable, which has led to the development of fantastic naval vessels, hulking land ships and terror from the skies in the form of airships and war balloons.
Dystopian Wars is set in a Steampunk Victorian world and is designed to ensure a fun game with a large selection of high quality models in a couple of hours. The rules support Naval, Aerial and Land models from the outset, so that you can set up battles and scenarios in any combat setting. Spartan Games will supply highly detailed, high quality resin and metal miniatures with which you can roam the high seas, scour the smog filled skies of Dystopian Wars for enemy flying ships, or doggedly defend the cities and countryside of your home nation.

Heroes of Myth & Legend
Our first set of 40mm miniatures start our journey into the world of Greek Mythology and focus in the main on Jason and his Argonauts. We've kicked off with a number of classic modelsfor this particular myth and added a few extra models along the way.

Firestorm Armada
This game is our second major product release, and follows the same ethos with which we designed The Uncharted Seas, both are games that are easy to learn and give a fast paced game. We are big fans of naval games whether they are on the ocean or in deep space, so it was a logical progression to ask our sculptors here at Spartan Games to work on some futuristic ship designs.
Firestorm Armada launched on November 23rd with four fleets in place: Terrans, Dindrenzi, Aquans and Sorylian. All four fleets also had Carrier upgrade ships available for them and in our 96 page core rule book we detailed two more races - The Directorate and The Relthoza. Over time we will roll out more upgrade ships, including such things as Escorts, Heavy Cruisers, Leviathans, Gunships and so on.

Uncharted Seas
The Uncharted Seas is a fast paced, action packed game of naval tactical combat set in a world of high fantasy. Using superb resin and white metal miniatures, and controlled by fast and easy to learn rules, the game allows you to wage war with fantastical squadrons of mighty warships.
Choose from one of several races, including the Iron Dwarfs with their steam powered ironclads, Orc Raiders with their grotesque machines of war, the ever powerful Dragon Lords, an ancient race of magical seafarers, Imperial Humans hell bent on grabbing as much land as they can and the Thaniras Elves with their sleek ships of war.

Ich hab die Figuren seit gestern bei mir und das sind mit die besten Zinngußminiaturen in 28mm, die ich je gesehen habe. Hut ab Spartan, das Regelwerk verspricht vom Überfliegen auch nicht allzu kompliziert zu sein.

Schön das es zum Download gibt, aber die Werte der Raumschiffe und welche zusammen gehören sind leider nicht dabei, schade!

Muss ich auch sagen. So muss man wieder kaufen. Ich hätte jetzt wirklich mal zugegriffen, wenn ich Werte gehabt hätte...
vor allem Aquan Prime gefällt mir.

Wo gibts denn dann die Werte? In der gedruckten Fassung? Auf Einheitenkarten bei den Miniaturen dabei?

Weiss ich nicht.... DW ist es so aber ob se das auch bei FA so machen?????

Die gibt es zum einen bei jedem Modell als Karte, die Karten wiederum gibt es aber ebenfalls gratis als pdf.

Aso. Gibt es denn einen Orgaplan? Oder darf ich frei nach Schnauze Schiffe mit ins Spiel nehmen?

Ich entsinne mich noch dunkel daran, das ich bei DW Begrenzungen bei manchen Schiffen hatte.....

Die gibt es. Sinngemäß darf man maximal soundsoviel Prozent an Modellen einer bestimmten Größe haben. Ich meine aber, das stünde auf den Karten auch drauf, da bin ich aber nicht sicher!

Ich verstehe so einiges bei dem AOP nicht. Der Metzger ist zB garnicht vertreten und wie sich die Alliierten zusammensetzen entgeht auch meinem Sinn.....

Ist da von den Armeelisten mehr geplant?

Ansonsten finde ich die Idee von Spartan sehr gut, den Focus mehr auf die Landei"er"nheiten zu legen. 😀
Die Regeln sollen ja wie Firestorm Armada sein. Hat da jemand schon Erfahrungen mit dem Spielsystem gemacht?

Und bei FI traut sich ja keiner, weil das Spiel gleich in drei Maßstäben kommt und keiner weiß, welchen er nehmen soll.

Natürlich.... Invasion.....

FI finde ich persöhnlich auch nicht so schön. Die Modelle haben mir garnicht zugesagt. Bei AC hat man ja die genialen Modelle von DW.....

Na mal sehen. Ich finde auch, das SG auf dem TT-Ozean hin und her schippert...... Sie sollten sich wirklich einen Jahresplan aushecken, wie wo welche Releases stattfinden. Man merkt das da etwas planlos gehandhabt wird.
Nicht das se sich zu viel vornehmen aber auch nicht hinterherkommen.

Italiener

Hui, die Italiener, endlich. Schauen ja sehr schick aus die Schiffe. Weitaus schnittiger als ich sie erwartet hatte. Drei bis vier Sachen fallen mit gleich mal auf:
Punkt eins: Die Doppeldecker Türme auf dem Schlachtschiff: Ein Turm mit zwei Rohren auf dem ein weiterer Turm mit einem Rohr sitzt. Interessant.
Punkt zwei: Die Dreidecker-Bomber sehen echt genial aus.
Punkt drei: Unterstützungseinheiten gibt es anscheinend jetzt in einer großen Box mit einem Carrier, 3 Eskorten und 4 Zerstörern...
Punkt vier: Torpedoboote / Small Craft Ships in beiden Boxen.

Ach ja, ich bin mal auf einer Erklärung gespannt, was die dicken Abluftschächte auf den Kreuzern und dem Schlachtschiff sein sollen. Auf jeden Fall beides sehr schöne Boxen. Ich suche gleich mal bessere Bilder...

Ich habe ja lange auf die Italiener gewartet, da ich ihre Beschreibung die schon lange auf der Spartan Seite war interessant fand.

Sie sind leider, zumindest teilweise, nicht so elegant wie ich sie mir vorgestellt/gewünscht habe.
Werde wohl erst mal noch auf bessere Bilder und die Stats warten bevor ich mich entscheide.
- Die Bomber gefallen mir außerordentlich gut
- Schlachtschiff ist erstmal auch nichts dran auszusetzen, außer vielelicht, dass die Schornsteine vor den Fenstern sitzen
- Kreuzer machen einen ordentlichen Eindruck
- Fregatten sind leider etwas merkwürdig, weil die Außengondeln nach vorne versetzt sind statt mittig oder hinten, zudem sind die Lufteinlässe/Ventilatoren nach frone etwas plump
- Bei den Zerstörern gefallen mir die oben aufgesetzten Türme nicht gerade

Sieht schon ganz schnieke aus. Haben erneut einen eigenständigen Stil. Und ich wollt grad schon um Russen erweitern. Vielleicht werden es ja eher die.
