The Space Station and a video!

Hello! We have a big update for you all today.
We have been busy designing, printing, scanning, editing and preparing for this Saturday's first Admiral Beta Test Day. We are really looking forward to this experience, and in improving on what we feel is already a fantastic set of rules. Over the three Beta Days in the UK, USA and Germany, we will be gathering feedback, along with info from the other Admirals, about the existing ruleset. This feedback, along with information from our other final internal playtests, will all go in to finalising the rules for Dropfleet Commander.
Going forward we will be putting up more updates about the progress of our design and development process, whether this is in design of the models, the scenery, or the rules. Thank you for your patience while we have been rolling out the Pledge Manager also! Due to a few delays and issues that some backers have had from accessing it, we have decided to extend the time it is open, until the 21st March. If you are still having issues accessing the Pledge Manager, haven't received your link to access it, or have any other questions, please contact us at [email protected], and we will get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Nein laut meinen Infos keiner. Ist aber auch etwas früh dafür. Die gingen Donnerstag gegen Tagesende bei Hawk raus. d.h. Seither max. 3 Posttage (So ausgenommen) von UK nach hier. Innerländisch sinds ja schon normalerweise 2-3 Tage, da würde ich hier mit ca. 7 - 10 rechnen. Das sit so die generelle Postsendungsdauer aus UK nach Deutschland.

aha also wenn ich glück habe Freitag? .... naja muss mich wohl irgendwie noch gedulden, bin gespannt wie ein flitze bogen! 🙄

da steht ganz klar "... you will retrive a copy of the rules on thursday or friday..." Und die Aussage von Simon by Hawk war am 2.März...

Hm vielleicht hat er mich mit einem UK Betatester verwechselt???

Ich habe mir jetzt mal das einstündige Beasts of War Video mit Dave angesehen. Der Junge ist mir weiterhin sehr sympathisch. Man hat einfach bei ihm immer das Gefühl, dass er genau sein Ding durchzieht und das es ihm Spaß macht. Schön finde ich vor allem, dass er die Schiffe so designt, wie sie in den Regeln auch sen werden. Also nicht, dass die einfach ein cooles Schiff basteln und die dargestellten Waffen dann nicht immer zum Regeltext passen, wie bspw. öfters bei Firestorm Armada.

Und die Modelle schauen allesamt wirklich toll aus. Und die Bilder des Raumstation-Bausatzes haben mich dazu bewogen, noch einmal mein Kickstarter-Pledge zu öffnen und ein Set Raumstationen und (nach sehr, sehr langem Zögern) auch das 2up des Peking-Schlachtschiffs nachzuordern.
